What to expect

Before the transition
To help ensure a successful transition, we ask you to:
•    Schedule a webinar session
•    Download or save historical reports
•    Submit transactions before access to American National Bank services ends at 7 p.m. CT on Friday, October 9
•    Download bank statements from the past 6 months
•    Clean up your user data (delete inactive users, etc.)
•    Review wire recipients, templates and beneficiary/order party information to ensure all details are complete, accurate and current
•    Review your new Master Services Agreement and Treasury Management Terms and Conditions

During the transition
Your treasury management services will be temporarily unavailable during the scheduled transition window. Plan ahead and submit time-sensitive transactions prior to posted deadlines.

After the transition
Following the transition, you may need to:
•    Complete first-time sign-in steps
•    Validate user access and permissions
•    Review alerts, reports, payment templates, recurring transfers and account settings
•    Check account nicknames for accuracy
•    Reestablish access to select services and third-party integrations
•    If applicable, update processes and systems with your new account information

Be on the lookout for fraud attempts

During times of transition, you can naturally expect more emails or notifications and new types of communication from us.
Scammers are aware of this increased activity, and they may try to imitate legitimate messages to blend in.
Never share credentials, codes or account numbers. If something feels off, call your relationship team.

How will I sign in to digital banking?

    • Wires: 4 p.m. CT for both domestic and international

How do I know if my remote deposit scanner is compatible with Associated Bank's services?

tgl
Please review the Supported Remote Deposit Scanners list. Your scanner must be on this list and have an ink cartridge with ink. If your scanner isn't compatible, please contact your relationship team for assistance as soon as possible.

What do I need to know if I use QuickBooks or Quicken?

tgl
If you use QuickBooks or Quicken and currently download transactions from American National Bank, there are a few important action items you'll need to take as part of the conversion to Associated Connect.

•    Before October 8, complete a final transaction download and make sure all downloaded transactions have been accepted and processed in your accounting software.
•    Starting October 13, disconnect your old bank connection and reconnect using "Associated Bank – Commercial".

Please see our Intuit Conversion User Guide for step-by-step instructions for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop and Quicken users, including both Windows and Mac versions.

What should I do before transition weekend?

tgl
Review communications carefully, complete required preparation steps, clean up user data, save needed historical data (including 6 months of statements) and contact a specialist if you have questions. For clients with wire services, review recipient, address and template information in order to support successful payment processing and reduce future maintenance.

Your Guide to Treasury Management Services, which you should also have received via mail, contains detailed preparation instructions.

Commercial Card FAQs

How will I access my commercial credit card account online after conversion?

tgl

You will continue to access your Associated Bank Commercial Credit Card account through eZBusiness (administrators) and eZCard (cardholders). Both platforms can be signed in through the dropdown menu on AssociatedBank.com or by using the existing online application.

How long can I continue using my current American National Bank-branded commercial credit card?

tgl

You can continue using your current American National bank-branded commercial credit card until you receive and activate your new Associated Bank-branded commercial credit card. Company administrators will receive a communication in November 2026 with important details, including when new cards are expected to arrive and the final date American National Bank cards can be used.

When will I receive my new Associated Bank commercial credit card?

tgl

New Associated Bank-branded commercial credit cards are expected to be mailed beginning in late November 2026. Company administrators will receive advance communication with additional details before cards are mailed, including important dates and instructions related to the card transition.

Will there be any servicing changes to my ANB commercial credit card?

tgl

You can continue to manage your account through eZBusiness for online servicing needs or contact Customer Service using the number on the back of your card.

Credit card payments can be made through:
•    eZBusiness
•    ASB Bill Pay
•    Check
•    Phone (a nominal fee may apply)
Please note that in-branch credit card payments will no longer be accepted beginning Friday, October 2.

Will auto-pay transactions be impacted by the transition?

tgl
Auto-pay settings will not be impacted by the conversion. If your American National Bank account number is changing with the transition, you will need to update your account information in the auto-pay system. Otherwise, there will be no disruption in auto-pay transactions.

What should I do if I need to add an employee card or if a card is lost, stolen or needs to be replaced after October 13, 2026?
